Zeppole: Fried and Delicious

This is another recipe that I found on Pinterest that has turned into one of my favorites. It’s simple and super yummy. Zeppole is an Italian fried dough that can be coated in powdered sugar (my preference), or sugar and cinnamon, or drizzled in chocolate.

I think of it as a fancy donut or funnel cake dessert and the secret ingredient makes it very creamy and light. I just made this last week for a crowd and it was highly praised.
